I am usually productive in the morning and slowly wind down until lunch...then when i get back from lunch it's the same thing all over again...of course all the from last night isn't helping that theory

My usual routine is get into work late, space out for a good half hour, check up on various forums, go to lunch, check up on forums again, then start working...
