To be honest, if I were you, since you are going to have it tattooed on your back, I would go to a professional translation service to get this done ..... there isn't much worse than someone who has had something tattooed in a foreign language and got it wrong, IMHO.

 

ya i know but i am cheap lol and i want to figure it out myself thats why i am doing a shit load of research first!

 

but i think that i am about to just find a translator and see what they say, it would be easier and quicker since i want the tatttoo asap!

 

yeah... but you know what... not that i'm able to read chinese/japanese characters all the time, but nothing cracks me up more than wondering sometimes where people get their choice of tatoos from. i saw a girl with the character for love (Japanese, it's called "Ai"). i asked her if she knew what it meant. her response " Strong, resilient one".. or something to that extent.....

make sure you're 100% sure you get the translation down
