In all seriousness, Luke, I wish you the best.

I suppose this has been pointed out to you. You'll probably be required to do shit duty as a rookie. Things like manning speed traps and traffic duty... I guess I'm saying that there are definite minuses about this job that might buck your internal morals perhaps even more than sedentary computer work.

But, anyway, I'm sure you've been thinking the matter through. You'll make a great cop.
