As for the shark - you should see the scars on my right ankle from when the ing shark bit me. The ing thing (it was only a 5-footer) bit me, tried to tear off a pece of me, but when found it futile (although I was splashing and screaming like a little school girl), it finally let go and swam away.

I ended up with 17 stitches and now I have a cool-lookin scar to show off.
My parents knew a guy who was attacked by a great white off the Oregon coast. He was a surfer friend and was attacked in waist deep water by a 17 foot female. It let him go and circled back for another bite. He got his surf board out in front and took a chomp. They knew the size of the shark from the jaw measurements off the surf board.

Raptor - Have you been playing "Worst Case Scenario"?

We got it for my wife for Mother's Day because we love her and want her to be able to survive such things.

We also got her a copy of "Stiff: the Curious Lives of Human Cadavers", just in case.
