Right now I am still deciding.... iPhoto has some nice new features....I think it depends how much you use each program.

right now, itunes, safari and ichat are the most heavily used apps on my powerbook...so probably not worth it, that and the way iphoto arranges files on the hard drive drives me insane

Right now on iPhoto It is maddening (I have a decent workaround) ...I still use iPhoto because nothing else comes close for image management.
