Right now, today is the first day I no longer have to worry about voiding my Honda Care warranty. Seven years old.
Right now did you ever use your extended warranty? I bought one for my Chevy and ended up losing money on it. The only thing that I used it for was a fried pwer window motor.

Right now how did you pull that off? Nicole did the same thing with her house. She bought it from her grandfather for $110,000 in early 2005; far below market value. It's now worth somewhere around $260,000.
Right now, estate sale when the owner died. Did the deal on a handshake. No agents. No commissions. We drew up our own one page contract.
