Right now, noting that the landlords showed up an hour last yesterday and smelled like weed and broke my washing machine... and stayed at my house until 10pm all for a "quick" walk-through.

Right now, they turned it on every side, kicked it, used Evan's tools to break it more... and then couldn't get it to line up again after pulling it apart.... They placed an order for a new washer and spent all day at our house again yesterday to only find out the washer they had ordered was out of stock... When we got home Evan fixed the old one in 5 minutes We also had a crazy $400 water bill and they only pitched in $50 because they fixed the leak in our tub (the water company refunded them the $50)... So we saved them a few $$$ by not purchasing a new washer and we end up paying a huge water bill because of their leaky house. They also trashed my new bath mats, dug two holes in our yard, and stunk my house up with weed. Really wishing we could buy a house about now.
