But right now it sounds like a better option. Every time they come over we have to leave the house because Odin is scared of loud noises and doesn't like people who smell like cigarettes. 
We've spent $409 on a water bill and over a $100 in gas for the last two days to stay out of the house... And on Monday they came over when I got off of work at 7am and I wasn't able to get home and go to bed until 11pm (I was up for over 30 hours 
). And they want to come over again next week to "fix" our yard

Also, the rental market here is brutal, with the vacancy rate sitting at about 3%
