I'm not sure how good glassdoor is for jobs in health care, but it's usually a good standard to measure where you stand in the financial services / management consulting industry.

Right now what kinds of things would you be negotiating? Except for my current job I've never been able to negotiate salary because they've always been union positions (at least since I've been a professional).











I loved one position and the vibe at the office the most, but after talking to some peeps it sounds like I should try my hand at negotiating
I've never been in any kind of position to do that 
past me in the track!
