so i'm pulling out of the in-and-out parking lot today... and all of a sudden i hear a thud.. apparently some kid in his mom's mitsubishi galant and i were backing out at the same time.. so it's mutual fault (i know out of experience cuz i work at a PI law firm).. so i get out.. and of course my Black bumper is scuffed white and there is a $20 ding in his bumper... no biggie. i go up to him and we exchange phone numbers... dip sh*t here gets on the phone with his mommy, daddy and brother.. i tell him it's mutual fault cuz we were both backing out at hte same time.. he says "well no, it's your fault cuz i was looking in my rearview mirror and i saw you backing out" me: "if you saw me, then why didn't you stop backing out?? it's legally your fault." 17yearoldstillcrappinginhispants here starts making an ordeal out of it and says: "look, just because i'm a kid doesn't mean i don't know how to drive." i stop my ranting and pause.. i turn to him and ask: "dude, how old are you??" him: "i'm 17" i look at his license to find that it's provisional till next year!! wth man?!.. so we exchange information.. and he stays on the phone keeping me standing there for 25 minutes while he finishes his girlie whining with his brother on the phone.. so finally i call my boss and ask her if i'm legally obligated to wait while he finishes whining after we've already exchanged information.. she says no, i've fulfilled my obligation.. so i turn to kiddo here and say i'm leaving.. he says: "i'll call the police on you!!" *sigh* little does buddy boy here know that between my dad and myself, we know the majority of city officials in SF from commissioners to the mayor...and this dipsh*t is threatening to call the cops on me?? i wish he would have...

why the hell is our world plagued with idiots... i have zero tolerance for stupidity and whining..
