me: "if you saw me, then why didn't you stop backing out?? it's legally your fault." 17yearoldstillcrappinginhispants here starts making an ordeal out of it and says: "look, just because i'm a kid doesn't mean i don't know how to drive." i stop my ranting and pause.. i turn to him and ask: "dude, how old are you??" him: "i'm 17" i look at his license to find that it's provisional till next year!! wth man?!.. so we exchange information.. and he stays on the phone keeping me standing there for 25 minutes while he finishes his girlie whining with his brother on the phone.. so finally i call my boss and ask her if i'm legally obligated to wait while he finishes whining after we've already exchanged information.. she says no, i've fulfilled my obligation.. so i turn to kiddo here and say i'm leaving.. he says: "i'll call the police on you!!" *sigh* little does buddy boy here know that between my dad and myself, we know the majority of city officials in SF from commissioners to the mayor...and this dipsh*t is threatening to call the cops on me?? i wish he would have... 
why the hell is our world plagued with idiots... i have zero tolerance for stupidity and whining..
