I'm quite find of central european beers from belgium down to austria and hungary..... I don't know why but that region really speaks to me.

I'm about to throw away my last batch.......I got lazy and never bottled it. I kept getting busy and sterilizing 70 bottles didn't sound like too much fun.

Brewing is actually easy once you get to the point that you know what does what. Thankfully I had someone teach me who had been doing it almost ten years. I basically got about 2-3 years of learning curve wiped off from him.

I don't know man...I seem to promise it a lot...and end up drinking it too fast. It takes about 2 months from start to finish...sometimes a bit longer and I need to get a new batch going soon. I brew 10 gallons at a time and bottle with 16 oz bottles.

 

Tell you what...once I get my next batch done...you can come for a visit and we can drink it all.

 

well, you just need to increase your brew size

 

and I'd be glad to come out and drink it all seeing as how I'm quite the jetsetter now......
