I'm quite find of central european beers from belgium down to austria and hungary..... I don't know why but that region really speaks to me.

I'm about to throw away my last batch.......I got lazy and never bottled it. I kept getting busy and sterilizing 70 bottles didn't sound like too much fun.

Brewing is actually easy once you get to the point that you know what does what. Thankfully I had someone teach me who had been doing it almost ten years. I basically got about 2-3 years of learning curve wiped off from him.

I don't know man...I seem to promise it a lot...and end up drinking it too fast. It takes about 2 months from start to finish...sometimes a bit longer and I need to get a new batch going soon. I brew 10 gallons at a time and bottle with 16 oz bottles.
