I haven't seen Duval around, but I'll keep my eyes peeled. I have a lot of great groceries around me, TJ's, whole foods and Erewhon, somebody is bound to have it.

My home brew is about 8%...but without doing true barley brewing I could never get it to come out as clear as Duval.

I have a German ale recipe that I have ripped apart and changed to my liking. About the color and texture of an amber ale, but very smooth, no bitterness, and easy going aftertaste.

The guy that taught me does all sorts of different ones...from lagers to stouts. I wish I had an extra fridge so I could lager my beer.

very cool. I'm really interested, as my step father and a friend of mine both brew, but I'm sooooo lazy.....

most recently I helped with a IPA brew and a Honey Weizen. The HW was DAMN good, the IPA was nasty..... lol
