I was going to suggest the LV Hilton which is about 3 blocks off strip, but is also on the monorail path which means quick/cheap access to the strip.

Unfortunately it looks like they pulled the availability of all their suites for that weekend.

I just checked.. the junior suite (with parlor for 10? ) is $185..also, if you book in advance it's $105 or something for a basic two bed room.... not a huge difference but it is cheaper for a basic room and with the monorail it's not too far off the strip.
