NP, so how do you go about doing this? The 100x100 pixel image is really small when you bring up paint. Can you enlarge it to fill a screen and then shrink it back again to save it out when you're done? Also, are you using a text box? How do you get the shaded sign background to be there to start with?

View > Custom > 800%
Then I edit pixel by pixel.
