hopefully you took it off already.. i'd wash the car at least... even though it's probably a bit cold.. i wouldn't recommend hot water either.

Well to wash off, I'd still say warm water and just stuff you handwash your dishes with. I have stuff that smells like apple. It's gentle enough. But definately not boiling hot water
