errr.. if you use diswashing soap, i'd highly recommend you apply some sort of wax afterwards. by using diswashing soap, you are wiping EVERYTHING off the car (any wax, etc..)..

whenever i clay/zaino my car, that's the first step..

clay bar

wax
swirl remover
wax

of course i do this with my civic as well
keeps cleaning the car pretty easy afterwards
