The Semi-Official Hello to sweetj Thread II
yeah... people with no ot usually have a decent salary to compensate for that.
when you're low man on the totem pole, hourly is what you get
saturday's suck..but, like billy said.. better pay sometimes makes it worth it.
i would like to go back to sleep... actually, i only slept like 4 hours, but for some reason, i'm wide awake

One of the things I hate about here... the difference between the fresh-out-of-college engineer and a senior engineer is like $6/hr. Then to move into lower management is a pay cut (!), even from where I'm at, though they get better profit sharing potential (not really an incentive at a company that loses money 75% of the time).
Oh, and it's in Fort Wayne...
Oh, and it's in Fort Wayne...
want to swap fort wayne and cleveland? (actually, i've never been to fort wayne, so i have no idea what it's like).
my gripe about where i work is how moving into mgt is such a huge paycut from an entry position..
profit/gainsharing check for me should be here early next week. company had a great year, so at least gainshare is good.
now i wish they'd do something about my paycheck
