I did NOT do the miter cuts though since I had no Miter saw and my neighbor was a total woodworker and offered 2 do um for me Crown is a GREAT addition 2 any room

Designed to Sell is that the one where they go in with the $2000.00 budget to improve the place's looks or is that Help you sell?? I forget now but its fun to see how well they stretchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that $$
