I agree it was a huge sacrifice for the players to offer that cut - I know I sure as hell wouldn't accept a pay cut at all, let alone that percentage. (Oh what the hell am I saying? I can't pretty much guarantee that would never happen in my job.)
Still, I have a hard time feeling sorry for the players, given the nature of their work compared to others, but that's a whole other thread!

Though I think was rooting for the Lightning a wee bit in the Finals... My greatest fear is a Leafs/Flyers east conf final with the west being like St Louis and Dallas. Skip straight to #8.
