I suggest a lifecycle stairmaster, treadmill combo regamin -- step up the levels and speeds every week.

OMFG im in the induction phase of the atkins diet...but 2 days ago I took meds that required i ate something thick...so I had my first bagel in 2 weeks....it tasted so damn good lol

Rufio, I hate thick crust pizza.....and i have never liked pizza from any other state besides NY....but I will agree that Atkins deserves it
