I'm curious about the thought process behind driving 10km/hr under the speed limit on a rural highway, then going 60 in a 50 (residential), then going 5 over in a school zone.

 

I'm asking that if HC ever figures that logic out, please inform me.


My favorite from Seattle was the assclowns who would go ~50 on I-5 (60 MPH limit, safe to go 65-70), then go ~60 on the West Seattle Bridge (artificially low 40 MPH limit, 50-55 is probably the safe speed), then go 50 on Fauntleroy (35 MPH 4 lane street). Make up your mind!
