I'm noting it's the OEM HU and confident it's not the battery. Battery was replaced in April and the dealer replaced it again, which still didn't solve the issue. Ever since the HU has been disconnected there's been no issue.

 

I'm probably going to put off the dash controls stuff since I've just had to shell out a bunch of money for stupid things...like health care premiums while I'm in between coverage. Don't let people fool you when they say Canada has free basic health care.

 

I'm taking a break from trying to estimate the value of a bunch of donated food (plus a freezer!!!). Community generosity this week is beyond anything I could have imagined.

 

I'm curious to know what it is you do / what the donations are for?

I'm managing a transition house for women and kids who have experienced domestic violence. Due to serious housing issues here, we also accept women (and their kids) who are in a housing crisis, but who maybe haven't experienced domestic violence.

 

I'm watching VMOM pull away.
