I'm empathetic to that. Turns out I did have a migraine in November and hoping there won't be a repeat of that.

I'm experiencing another (what I call) a "wake up headache." They usually go away after an hour or two without meds (and meds don't make them go away any faster) but it's a highly unpleasant way to start the day.

I'm relieved it doesn't involve an overnight stay at a clinic, and from what I gather it just involves me having some kind of monitor on my finger for two nights.
