I'm avoiding the office bracket this year but I have a feeling that I will cave and end up participating.

I'm sad that instead of a festive St. Patty's vibe, our community is preparing for another funeral.

I'm suggesting turning a sad thing into a celebration of life in honor of it being St. Pat's day.

I'm clarifying it's a celebration of life, but the vibe is still heavy...second suicide of a young person in recent months. So tough to see incredible potential just disappear. Again

I'm noting I had this conversation recently on FB. For old people who had a full life, it should definitely be more of a COL, but it's tough to do that with < 40 people, especially those who took their own life or were in a car accident.

I'm thanking you for articulating what I couldn't.
