Semi-Official I'm Thread LIX
I’m going off on tangent here. I mentioned that my coworker was found shot & killed and stuffed into a storage unit. What, in your opinion , is an appropriate thing to say to her kids ( one of whom who works with me ) ? And yes , I hate the ‘thoughts and prayers are with you’ - because that is so over used and meaningless.

In my opinion I would suggest that they take solace in remembering the good times that they shared with their mother, it is the best way to cope with the grief. Let them know how much their mother loved them, and do not refer to the father in any sort of way.
I have come to learn that my favourite deceased family members are around me every day, nothing has made me feel better than knowing that. I get a special feeling from time to time that reminds me that they are with me, it is very uplifting. We have a legit spiritual medium who has helped us immensely , but I can't speak about every medium out there. We are believers.
