I'm noting that's the route I took. My stepmom is a very caring person and I know it'll be hard for her to get thru burying her brother even though he was a worthless waste of oxygen and didn't deserve to live as long as he did.
After going thru my mom's funeral and then her parents shortly after, I realized there's just nothing to say that means much. "I'm sorry"? "My condolences"? "My thoughts (and prayers) are with you"? ****ing yay, still dead.

I'm in agreement here BB's been there soooooooo many times and always a tuff deal
although tuffer when your on the end of the condolences
