I’m in receipt of a cat advent calendar. To clarify, it’s *for* my cat, not just cat-themed, or full of actual cats.

 

I’m stating that you had gotten a calendar filled with actual cats, I wouldn’t have been that surprised.

 

I’m not a crazy cat lady and yet I’d still have a hard time turning down an advent calendar full of real cats.

 

I’m really pissed at my coworkers. We have the ‘secret Santa ‘ thing going on. I didn’t ask for anything except that if someone picks my name, just make a donation to American Red Cross and I got laughed at. Isn’t this something to help others and not ask for a gift for yourself?

 

Dave, I find it odd that any normal person would not take that suggestion seriously and not see it as a nice compassionate gesture. You must work with some immature people. That is very nice of you to do that.

 

I’m saying I don’t need it (unless it’s 5
million dollars (I kid I kid ) but it’s sad that a coworker can’t donate 15 -20 -25 bucks to a charity, but yet they have to have the newest iPhone or Google phone.
It just seems to me that everyone is only looking out for themselves and not anyone else.

I don’t make that much money per year but anytime some is in a bad financial position, I’ll do whatever I can to help them.

It’s how I was raised and how I tell people to help others.
