I'm tired of the cold weather, really would like to see temps above freezing soon.

I'm saying winter here has been pretty mild until a couple days ago. Usually at this point in winter I'm ready for it to be over but this winter has flown by for me

I'm agreeing with you, it's been mild up until last week, but it's come on with a vengeance now. A few single days is typical, not weeks long.
