I'm contemplating a trip to the grocery store before it gets busy.

 

I'm saying when I got home last night I heard coyotes howling right down the street. February is their mating season. I think I heard some Barry White playing in the distance too.

Last time we camped in Joshua Tree I remember hearing coyotes while in for the night and the next morning I saw plenty of Coyote CRAP in the back part of the campsite apparently they were closer than I realized

 

I'm saying they were a couple of posts on our local community facebook page of people saying they found fresh deer limbs on some walking trails along with tons of coyote prints.

 

I'm remembering my friend telling me his dog freaked out in the middle of the night once - turns out there were two coyotes on the front porch. It was also on this property we saw fresh grizzly prints and a weak eagle we helped rescue.

 

I'm saying Grizzlies definitely don't want to run into them.

 

Yeah we headed back to the house right away. I've never seen a grizzly in the wild and don't care to!
