I'm saying that because of my schedule and UPSs hours, it's really hard to get my packages through them... FedSex has much better hours and is much better at finding packages when I go in to pick them up.

 

Right now I have to agree with the hours thing. The UPS customer service center in Bremerton is only open from 2-5 PM on weekdays. Plus it is next to a rock quarry which means there are trucks constantly going up and down that road spreading dirt and rock all over the place which get's my car dirty.

UPS used to be open from 8-5. Pretty worthless for customer service. They're open 8-8 now, which is much better, but the trucks sometimes don't get in until 7:30 so it's not much better for picking things up.

I'm saying FEDEX rocks. It's delivered muffins & munchkins for someone's breakfast for me.
