I'm saying I wasn't asking for pity for the banking industry! I'm telling you the companies I have worked for have paid banks $120K-$240K/year in just normal banking fees.

I'm also saying consumer customers benefit from this by not having to pay for checking/savings accounts.

You just need to invest in a good politician, Mikey. PA has 20 members in congress, it shouldn't be that expensive to buy a good one.
