i'm thinking nordstrom has traditionally had a very good return policy so i think that makes sense

I'm telling you they know they don't have any in stock in ANY of their stores in my size, so they're looking at ordering from Piloti to get them so they can simply give them to me. I can't complain about their return policy.

I'm telling you that, actually, if you walk into their flagship store in Seattle wearing the shoes and simply TELL them you bought the shoes there they will offer to replace them at no charge or give you an exchange for an equal value with no hassles...
