I'm saying I can't... the CXT is a dump truck with a leather interior, rides like crap, and is really really expensive to operate.

However, for our purposes, it's better than driving bobtail semis everywhere.
i'm wondering what the pricetag on one is..
can the bed be changed or does it come as a dump bed from the factory. the picture on the page makes it look like it's got a ford f350 pickup bed or something.

Base price is around $85,000. There's one on Ebay with a starting bid of $115,000.

The standard bed is an F350 bed. Options include a dump kit, but the bed stays the same. I would like to see a different bed on the truck; the F350 bed is really impractical because the wheel wells take up too much space (and aren't needed to clear the wheels), and the bed/cab don't really line up. You'll see what I mean on the ebay listing.

This thing has some great possibilities for a stereo show vehicle though... especially since you can order the engine with a PTO and potentially run a very powerful generator off it.

i'm laughing because i took a guess at what kind of bed is on the back of the cxt. so the dumping capability is an option..

i wonder how insurance companies are going to rate these vehicles..

They should be rated as a dump truck... that's what they are. All 14,000 lbs of them.

I'm adding a few I'ms to make up for not saying I'm.
