I'm thinking that's pretty standard for backline IT.

I'm thinking even these days, when something goes down in Engineering, the last people they contact are. . . the Engineers.

i'm wondering if you physically take the specs from the customers, and then deliver them to the programmers?

I'm not blaming IT, I like those guys, I'm blaming the asshole that thought it would be a good idea for us to use SAP.

I'm noting they fired that guy. It was assumed Engineers could just get the specs from the customer.
