I'm noting that Tofu is a fairly low calorie filler with a lot of protein, so it's a good complement for vegetarians who don't get meat. It's basically the chicken of the anti-meat crowd. You never really eat tofu plain, it's always seasoned or in something.

I'm tellin you I just heard dat butt think bout bein outdoors painting since 8 AM poor 's I keep givin um bottles of cold water and they are very thankfull
