I'm noting it wouldn't have mattered. Slept about 2.5 hours and then was up for almost an hour. Been awake three times since then.
Im thinking you need to be treated for insomnia

I'm 99% certain it's the anti smoking meds I'm on. Abruptly went off them while in the hospital/taking antibiotics and I think my body's adjusting to taking them again. I see my doc on Friday and hope she doesn't think I need another refill. There are a few other unpleasant side effects I could do without as well.

I'm noting they aren't gross. The main one is that it screws with my mood. Spent almost three days feeling completely apathetic. Then there were a couple of days where I cried over EVERYTHING. I was going to pick up a friend and had to take a few detours because of construction - started bawling. Watched an episode of Law & Order - bawled. On those kind of days, something as simple as picking up a pen or getting dressed could make me cry.
