My dad and stepmom's cat was diabetic and I don't think they had that problem (obviously not saying that's true for all). There's some spray stuff you can get (I forget what it's called) that my vet put into Kitty's crate to stop her from peeing in it again and it worked. It's worth a shot?

I'm noting there is no correlation to the peeing. The cat is just a ****ing spaz. But the diabeetus should be impetus to put her down.
