I'm saying if you're innocent...fight it. If you're not...take your lumps and move on...

 

 

They got me for going "the wrong way in a one way", but really, I wasn't going to wrong way!! I was in Cascade Station coming from Jamba juice; I was in a turn lane, and I saw the road that I needed to get on ahead of me, so I went straight, and then I saw that there was a curb there to direct traffic, so I went around a few feet and went around the curb. The cop said I was going the wrong way, even though I told him I didn't know that cement curb was there and I thought I could go straight threw. There are no "Do not Enter" signs in that intersection, and the curb is gray, and it was raining.. I'll have Evan add a picture in here soon.

The cop said to me before giving me the ticket, "well I see you don't have any citations, or anything on your record.." Couldn't he have just given me a warning??

I'm saying, given the circumstances, I'd consider fighting it. Doesn't sound like you were knowingly doing anything wrong.
