I'm telling you that Military personnel, especially when dealing with DC, understand how there is more time spent reporting progress of something than making progress.

This is my first experience with this. When I was operational (ie. not on a so called shore duty facade) we had very little paperwork in our line of work. Now, I spend hours writing things and reporting status of new weapons developments.

 

wow brant! congrats! seriously, a house like that in the bay area would go for AT LEAST 1.3 MILL!!!

I'm saying one of the best views in town, in my opinion. House was built in 1916 and is actually in pretty good shape. Lots of work needed on interior cosmetics (like the purple carpet upstairs in the master bedroom and the blue downstairs. Thankfully, the flooring underneath the carpet seems pretty good.

Needless to say I'll be doing a LOT of painting this summer...
