I'm telling you that the majority of the appliances are courtesy of the now closed Robyn's Nest...all commercial grade.

I'm wondering what Robyn's Nest is. Did your girlfriend own a restaraunt or is just a term you use to describer her residence?

I'm confirming that the Robyn's Nest was the restaurant/coffee shop/gift shop she owned when I first met her...

I'm thinking that it might cost a little more to heat a 1700 sq foot house with vaulted ceilings than it does a 550 sq foot apartment.
