I'm surprised and never ceased to be amazed at what customers expect of us.
A lady on Saturday ONLY had an AM X card no Visa no cash, nothing for barter. When she was told we DO NOT take AM X, she complained and whined and asked of we would take her AM X card number as collateral (I guess) and she would come in next week and pay us>

I'm saying they only thing that made her understand how commerce truly works is me offering to take her diamond ring and nice watch for collateral instead of an AM X card I could not do anything with.
