No, it's actually disconnected. Since it is a pain to use the series 2 with an HD STB and I have been watching less and less TV. I might just get the Comcast HDTV+DVR STB, even though the interface is sloooow.

I know! But at least I don't have to keep switching video inputs and can record HD for much cheaper than buying an HD tivo.

Not in the long run of course. I hate paying the Comcast monthly..for the rest of my life

Yeah but, tivo charges $13/month and the Comcast DVR is $10/month so until that changes...
