You really are mistaken. Do some research on selling to Walmart. I am not saying it is the only reason but their influence is much greater than you make it sound.

I don't question Wal-Marts tactics or ability to use those tactics. But, I doubt full-screen DVDs are a Wal-Mart created phenomenon.
