I dunno dude... I think that's a shiteload of steam.
If there's a little steam and clouds are in formation at that altitude it will make a shiteload of steam-cloud. I think that's what's happening.
It's like when a high flying plane leaves a con-trail. If the conditions are right it will be thick... if not just thin or none at all.
