Hey there's what appears to be smoke now. Particulate in the air will cause condensation too. That would make your moist sea air condense as well.

I am surprised no one has stuck a weather pole on the hill somewhere No good readings for pressure and humidity.

Good find.

Here's a thought. All the snow that was there not long ago has melted and run into fissures. What we were seeing earlier was just that... genuine steam.
