If you seem like you're, "well-trained," then you're not the kind of "fix-it-up project" that women absolutely love to have at first (and regret well-after-the-fact).

 

Any woman who thinks a fixer-upper project is something worth doing is kidding herself. Smart babes choose the well-trained guys because ultimately you cannot change someone.

That said, some women (and I'll call them girls here) just like bad boys. If they expect to change these guys, they're either stupid or just too young to know better.

 

The real trick is to make sure you're a "fixer-upper" not a complete "tear-down." Because, rest-assured, it doesn't matter how well-trained you are, the wrong woman trained you, and the next one will try to change it anyway.
