My condo association decided to get ComCast for all of us (of course, they also increased our assessment by about $30 a month or thereabouts... 
).
They announced this at least 6 months ago. I'm still waiting for them to get this set up...

My guess is your Condo association/legalized extortion is getting a kickback from Comcast.

I know, I'm not happy about it. Supposedly everyone agreed to it in one of those association meetings. I'm not sure who "everyone" refers to, since I stopped attending those meetings after the first two or three.
