They announced this at least 6 months ago. I'm still waiting for them to get this set up...

No, you are missing something. Only the Comcast commercials are 3x louder than regular programming. I have not heard that happen to such an extreme on Directv.

it happens....just maybe at odd times..but it happens across all programing..all channels all carriers..for a reason.
