Mike's booze is left over from the holidays and is in his office because he hasn't taken it home yet. Actually I think some of it is a couple of years old.

Mike is saying that the scotch he and his boss drank was in fact his bosses scotch and that too was left over from a holiday gift. Sadly drinking at work is frowned upon and doesn't occur that often.
